Nintendo reveals PAXAus Line Up – Unreleased Wii U and 3DS Games Playable
Nintendo Australia has announced what it will be showing at PAXAus in Melbourne this weekend. We already know that the Pokémon Video Game Australian National Championships will be at the show but Nintendo has a range of released and unreleased titles to play at the event.
For the Wii U there will playable demos of Pikmin 3, The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD and Super Mario 3D World. For the Nintendo 3DS there will be The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and Sonic Lost World. All of the above games are the first time the games will be playable in Australia.
Remember to bring your 3DS along to StreetPass as many people as possible, the Nintendo booth will be the best place to play some multiplayer games too. If you’re low on battery from all that StreetPassing, Nintendo will also have charging stations at the booth.
Outside of the playable games Nintendo will be hosting a special Animal Crossing: New Leaf event in the Dropbear Theatre on Saturday 4:30pm, you’ll be able to hear from the games developers who will be answering questions from the Australia community. We will be there, so look out for the team.
The schedule for the Pokémon Video Game Australian National Championships has been revealed too, its taking place in the Nintendo booth and at the following times, see their site for full information and rules. We have a staff member in the tournament too, so come cheer Scott on!

how many streetpass’s can you have at one time before you have to greet everyone at the gate?
Still 10, all of the games take 30 minutes to play if you have all the DLC.
Will Mario Kart 8 be playable at Pax?
Doesn’t look like it sadly.
Hoping PAX Australia returns to Melbourne next year, missed out on tickets this time 🙁
