Here’s what the Zelda 30th Anniversary amiibo will do in Breath of the Wild

The Legend of Zelda 30th Anniversary amiibo have been released today and obviously there’s no new Zelda game yet to try them on. No matter they’re going to work in Breath of the Wild whenever that’s released next year and here’s what they’ll do.
Each of the amiibo, depending on which one you use will drop a slightly different payload of goodies. There’s also a chance of a treasure chest dropping with each one. Here’s the complete list;
- 8-bit Link will reward you with a random number of barrels. You might find rupees inside too!
- Ocarina of Time Link will reward you with a random amount of meat.
- Toon Link will reward you with a random amount of fish.
- Wind Waker Zelda will reward you with a random selection of plants.
Nothing truly groundbreaking there, but we did get these cool GIFs out of it.
