European Nintendo Direct Wii U Preview coming September 13th
Nintendo’s Europe and UK have tweeted and announced a European Nintendo Direct Wii U Preview. The event will be live streamed at 4pm Central European Time (3pm London time).
The event will be hosted by Satoru Shibata, president of Nintendo of Europe. This announcement hopefully confirms the Wii U release for 2012.
You can watch the event live from this link. This means the event is scheduled exactly the same time as the big US event in New York, check out the times on that here.
We’ll be up to live blog both events, hope you can join us. Here’s the times!
Nintendo Spain originally had announced the same time and date for the event but the news was quickly retracted, this article has been updated to reflect the official announcement.

So what about Australian release dates and prices? Hopefully we won’t be waiting too long for these. We’re the only region left apart from Japan now without an event!
Well guess I’m staying up late on Thursday night, Think we will get any Aus info from all this?
I hope so mate, I don’t think we’ll get an event though just a press release. We’ll be up!
Your sauce site has now been removed, bad sign? and isn’t it weird that we have a event for the US info an event for the EU info but nothing for Japan? (no surprise for Aus not getting anything, but nothing for Japan yet?)
Information should be official in an hour, someone let the cat out of the bag.
Japan are doing something ‘different’… so who knows what that’ll be.
woot!
I hope all details get revealed.
Hopefully Australia will get SOME sort of mention!!
Shibata to drop the Eurobomb.
Thanks for giving the NZ time, Ninty has got to impress with this presentation, (so everyone has been saying) they got to price the Wii U right, and I reckon it has to have Nintendoland included, (like Wii Sports with the Wii) so it sells well over Xmas. I good start is essential. We will know tomorrow.
