Thought the DSiWare version of Four Swords would just be a straight port? Think again because the Zelda masters, Grezzo, are behind it and have included a bevy of new modes and even a way to play the game solo.

The new levels in the game take it one step further by recreating the graphics of the original Legend of Zelda, Links Awakening and Link to the Pasts art style and putting the game in that world.

The game is also listed on Nintendos site as 1-4 players this time around, so even if you cant find any friends with another DSi or 3DS (which it works on both) you should be able to enjoy it by yourself. The game will be available to download starting September 28th worldwide and will remain free until February 20th 2012.
