ZaciSa: Defense of the Crayon Dimension to be among the first IARC eShop titles

It’s finally happening, the IARC games are coming to the Australian eShop. The developer of ZaciSa: Defense of the Crayon Dimension has let us know that his game has passed through IARC and will be released on the eShop on January 7th, in the second eShop update of the new year. The game will retail for $4.30AU and $5.10NZ – this game simply would not have come without IARC as the cost would have been too great to classify.

The International Age Rating Coalition allows indie developers to rate their games for the Nintendo eShop (and other platforms) without having to go through multiple government rating systems, not only is this quicker but it’s also insanely cheaper.

This means that all those indies games we missed out on or were going to miss out on, can now come to the Australian and New Zealand eShop and we don’t have to switch stores.

It’s time to nag those indie developers who didn’t release their eShop games in Australia, get to it!
