You’ll be able to play with Japanese Voice Over in Xenoblade Chronicles 2

Those English accents aren't for everyone.

Yesterday’s Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Direct revealed many things — but there’s one reveal in particular that many fans are excited about.

Much like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild before it, players in all regions will be able to download a free piece of DLC on launch day which will enable dual-audio support. That means that anyone who isn’t too fond of the… interesting English voice acting will have the ability to switch to the Japanese voice-over with English subtitles, while the rest of the game remains English.

It’s a small addition, but no doubt it will be a welcome one for many. If you missed yesterday’s Direct, you can watch it below:

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is scheduled to launch at retail and on the eShop on the 1st of December.
