Wii Sports Resorts soars to the top of the UK Charts

As if it was going to pan out any other way, Wii Sports Resort debuts at the top of the UK charts

It could have been because it’s a sequel to the best selling game, or it could be that little plastic accessory included in every box but Nintendo’s Wii Sports Resort has topped the UK charts this week and is now the 4th fastest selling game in the region. Wii Fit, Mario Kart Wii and Mario & Sonic at the Olympics are the only ones who have best it.

Speaking of Wii Fit, the game continues to sell well and was even up 4% this week, perhaps with the launch of Wii Sports Resort helping that figure along.
