Wii Sports Resort and Motion Plus dated down under

As expected, the Wii Motion Plus accessory will go on sale June 11, while Wii Sports Resort will go on sale here in July, before the rest of the world.

Nintendo Australia have this morning sent word confirming the Wii Motion Plus release date we learnt about last week and announcing the release date for Wii Sports Resort. Along with Virtual Tennis 2009, Grand Slam Tennis and Tiger Wood PGA Tour 10 the seperate Wii Motion Plus accessory will go on sale June 11 for $29.95RPP here in Australia and $39.00NZ in New Zealand.

Along with that good news, Nintendo has confirmed the release date of Wii Sports Resort for July 23, that’s a day before the UK and three days before the US – another first for Australia, hurrah! The game will be force-bundled with Wii Motion Plus and retail for $99.95AU or $129.00NZ. Great News!
