First announced at last month’s Nintendo Conference, the first revision of the Wii Remote, the Wii Remote Plus, will be available on our shores from October 28 (next week!). You were all wondering whether it would be the same price as the regular Wii Remote, and indeed it will be at $69.95.
Also like the current Wii Remote, the Plus will come in four colours: white, black, blue and pink. If you haven’t heard, the Wii Remote Plus is just like the regular Wii Remote, but with MotionPlus functionality built in, saving the need to buy the attachment separately for $29.95.
Additionally, the Classic Controller Pro will now be sold separately from November 3, in both white and black colours. That’ll be on sale for $34.95. Previously only the black controller was available in the Monster Hunter Tri bundle. And for more Classic Controller Pro goodness, don’t forget that a limited edition gold controller will be packed in with the GoldenEye 007 Classic Edition, also out on November 3.
