Getting a new console, no matter how old you are, is a very memorable moment. The wait is mainly what makes it so special. Today we live in a day of Javascript countdowns, desktop widget countdowns, but remember a simpler time when you marked the days down on your calendar for something you wanted? Well now its that time again. To celebrate the 2 month marker for Australia we’ve released a countdown calendar for Wii.

Stick it on your fridge, your pin up board, your desktop or what ever you like and every day you can count it down. We’ve also made an American countdown for our friends at over at GoNintendo, and now we have added a European calendar! On all three calendars is a wishlist of games and accessories that you may be wanting at launch!

If you’re running Windows XP, then this is probably the simplest way to use the calendar.

Right click on the icon, click print, then the Windows Print Wizard should come up with a dialog box. Click next untill you get to the screen below.

Choose full page, or cropped depending on what you want or what you printer can do. Then click next and it’ll Print!
