We’re back with heaps of Nintendo news and opinions to talk about! This week we have James hosting, with guests Steven (Ninja Catfish) and Ben (Darth Robbo).

Starting things off we talk a bit about how we’ve found the Wii U system update and Virtual Console that’s come along with it, Miiverse breaking out of the confines of the Wii U and onto our phones and computers, and the stock issues that seem to be facing 3DS games recently.

As well as that, we take a look at some of the biggest news to come out of Nintendo’s most recent Direct broadcast with Bravely Default, Yoshi, Link To The Past, Earthbound and more.

As usual, we talk about all the recent games we’ve been playing this fortnight, where Fire Emblem: Awakening and Injustice: Gods Among Us feature.

We hope you enjoy this episode of the Vookcast, and let us know if you’ve got any comments either here or over on the forums!

This episode was produced by James and features the following music (in order of appearance):

Menace (from Fire Emblem: Awakening by Rei Kondoh)
Themyscira (from Injustice: Gods Among Us by Dean Grinsfelder)
Main Theme (from Injustice: Gods Among Us by Dean Grinsfelder)
Main Theme (from Fire Emblem: Awakening by Rei Kondoh)
