UPDATE 2: The Nintendo 3DS September 29th event guide
We know the release date will be revealed tomorrow, but what if anything else will be there? Confirmed time now!
It’s been known since the end of July (so long ago!) that Nintendo will be announcing the release date for the Nintendo 3DS this upcoming Wednesday (29th September). That’s a release date for an unspecified region – it could be for a single region, or multiple. That’s the only confirmed news amongst a large amount of rumours. So let’s just look at what we do know.
Update: When is the conference occurring? The Nikkei Trendy has announced that it will be in attendance at the event which starts at 2pm in Japan today. For Aussies that’s 1pm for people on the west coast and 3pm for people on the east coast. For everyone else in the world check out this link. Nikkei Trendy also says they’ll be tweeting the presentation as well as having hands on with the console.
Check back on Vooks throughout the day, once something goes live, we’ll go live.
You’re best bet to read the information timely is to keep your browser here on Vooks or follow us on Twitter and Facebook.
What else can we expect?
Since it’s more or less a certainty that the Japanese release is this year we think we’ll not only be seeing the release date but also the pricing, launch games and first details on things like the OS in the system. In addition there’s a good chance we’ll see our first glimpse of an improved online system, and perhaps some 3DSWare. What do you think we’ll see?
