Bust out the diary and look inside for an overview of upcoming Wi-Fi events involving Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, Pokmon and Animal Crossing

First off, were having a Tatsunoko vs. Capcom Wi-Fi event this Friday the 12th of March with a tournament to determine the best fighter. Its not too late to apply for the tournament so post in the forum thread here to register interest.

With Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver coming out in Australia at the end of the month, were also having a little tournament to gear up for it with the DS games Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. That one will be held on the 19th of March – the Friday before the new games are released – and you can find all the rules and details for the tournament in this forum thread.

Also, a reminder that every Wednesday is Animal Crossing Wednesday at Vooks. So if you happen to play Wild World on the DS or Lets Go to the City on the Wii, or want to get back into the titles, youll find an active Animal Crossing community on Vooks every Wednesday.

Started gaming when my uncle bought me a Game Boy Pocket along with Kirby's Dreamland and F1 Racing as a birthday gift. I lived on handheld gaming for a good 7 years after that point before I finally got my first home console which came as a birthday gift from my parents. It was a Gamecube along with Luigi's Mansion. But I fell in love with Nintendo with the countless N64 sessions at my neighbours house, the Super Smash Bros. Melee sessions and the Pokemon adventures which made up my childhood. Nowadays, I run the Wi-Fi Nights for the website and in my down time, try to stop the adventures of Link on the bidding of my master Ganon.
