After already being available on the iPhone and XBLA for some time, the DSi will finally be receiving its own downloadable version of Uno next month. Priced at 500 points, this version will feature both local and online multiplayer, with up to six players being able to connect online. The DSis cameras will also be put to use, enabling competitors to be able to see each other in the form of an avatar picture. Hopefully this feature will stay cleaner than the XBLA versions camera support, which often contains very filthy content. Multiple difficulty settings and modes round out the package.
UNO for DSiWare will be available on handhelds in Europe (and hopefully Australia) towards the end of September.
