When Nintendo said it was possible to intergrate their new Nintendo Network ID into third party services we didn’t think it would be happening this soon.
European copies of Wii U games have been arriving, specifically Ubisoft ones have slips in them revealing that a Ubisoft uPlay app will be coming to the Wii U eShop. uPlay is the online service in which all of Ubisofts online games work through, but it also has a system for achievemnts and even ingame bonuses you can unlock with points earn through the games.
Assassin’s Creed III, Marvel Avengers Battle for Earth, Just Dance 4 and even ZombiU will all have unlockables that have to be ‘earned’ through uPlay.
