No More Heroes did not have a publisher in the US, until Ubisoft picked it up of course, since Marvelous Entertainment did not have an American Branch at the time. When the company made a multi-game agreement with XSEED, it was assumed they would handle the publishing for No More Heroes Desperate Struggle. Reportedly, this may not be the case. Ubisoft is “”in negotiations”” to distribute the sequel, which is expected for a 2010 release. This really doesn’t mean much for the game itself, but it does mean that more copies may find their way into stores. Source: Nintendo Wii Fanboy
