Confusion over people, third parties lock it in

Yesterday’s press release from Nintendo on first glance confused a lot of people out there. No, Nintendogs + Cats and Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition won’t be the only games out on launch day. Yes, we are missing out on Pilotwings Resort and Steel Diver but there is still a ton of other games coming from third parties.

Ubisoft and Konami have locked in their titles today, this joins Sega (among others) who have already confirmed to us that Super Monkey Ball 3D will be joining the launch day fun. Here’s what was confirmed today.

Konami

Pro Evolution Soccer 2011

Ubisoft

Asphalt 3DS
Combat of Giants: Dinosaurs
Raving Rabbids: Travel in Time
Rayman 3D
Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell 3D
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars 3D

This now leaves only Dead or Alive Dimensions and Samuari Warriors without an official confirmation of their release date. The Sims 3, Lego Star Wars III and Ridge Racer 3D have all been previously locked in for March 31st.

Ubisoft has also confirmed that Puzzle Bobble Universe will be available April 21st.
