Last year, Ubisoft promised 14 games by March for the Wii with 7 games now, where are the other seven? Well Ubisoft havent forgotten and when Driver: Parallel Lines appeared on a release schedule 2 weeks ago, we knew we wouldnt have to wait long for more info.
That info awaits inside While this information has not been confirmed by Ubisoft, site Revogamers is reporting that in March, along with Blazing Angels, Prince of Persia and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, that Driver: Parallel Lines, Cosmic Family, Brothers in Arms D-Day and Spelling Spree will be coming to Wii.
A full announcement from Ubisoft is expected soon, but while we like that Ubisoft are so keen for the Wii, do we really want ports and conversions of PSP and other system titles on the Wii or prefer something built from the ground up? If the quality of ported titles like GT Pro Series, Monster 4×4 and Far Cry as taught us anything the answer is obvious.
The DS is also set to get its incarnation of Rayman Raving Rabbids as well as Settlers 2, Mind Quiz, Brothers in Arms D-Day and Spelling Spree. Q1 dates for all these titles.
Official Word and an adjective filled press release soon.
