The Might and Magic franchise has had a long history but for the first time ever it’s heading to the Nintendo DS. ‘Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes’ is currently in development by Capybara Games and will be published by Ubisoft for release in August. The game won’t be your standard Might and Magic fare, featuring five unique quests in which you’ll need to explore and partake in turn based puzzle battles.
The game also is a departure from the usual art style, taking on a manga style. “Our fans have always appreciated the depth and richness of the Might & Magic universe,” said Romain de Waubert de Genlis, senior producer at Ubisoft. “The teams at Ubisoft and Capybara were inspired to extend that universe in a unique way onto DS, creating an engaging new game experience.”
The game will feature a single player campaign as well as a versus mode.
