The developers missed the cut off for the Classification Board.
When the Wii U launched last week there was one glaring omission on the Australian eShop, Frozenbyte’s Trine 2 Directors Cut. The had a community on the Miiverse, it’s even in the Wara Wara Plaza but on the eShop? No where to be seen.
Fear not though as the game is still on the way and should be on the Australian eShop in a couple of weeks. The reason for the delay was simple, Frozenbyte didn’t submit the game to the Classification Board with enough to time make the launch cut off.
The reduced promotional price it launched at in Europe to will also apply to Australia. Normally the game is $19.99 but instead for a limited time it will be $15.99.
We’ll let you know when the game is up.
