Tournament: Vooks VS Another Castle in Super Smash Bros. for 3DS

We’ve been planning this one for a while, it’s community against community all in the name of Smash Bros.

It’s up to you Vookians to take up the challenge put forth by the guys and gals from Another-Castle.

We’ve got a huge tournament planned and there’s even a prize up for grabs, aside from the obvious gloating you’ll no doubt be entitled to when we win!

To enter, you need to be available at the below date, have Skype and of course have an internet connection. If you’re reading this then you already have  that!

Here’s all the details you’ll need.

To enter, you’ll need a 3DS, a copy of Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and a stable internet connection. You’ll also need Skype installed.

When: From 6pm (AEST) Saturday, November 8th.

Where: A Skype group chat. To join the group, click here. If that doesn’t work for you, let me know and I’ll send you a contact request so I can add you to the group myself.

What you need to post (to this story only): Your Mii name, Friend Code and Skype ID. Registered forum / site users of Vooks will get first priority.

Rules:

• It will be a 32-man tournament (64 if we have the numbers), made up of an even split of Vooks and A-C members.
• All forum and site members and writers are allowed to participate (with the exception of myself and Dave from A-C), though you must have joined either site before 17/10/14.
• The first two rounds will be 4-player FFA, with only 1st and 2nd proceeding to the next round.

• The next two rounds will be 1v1 single elimination – final round will be the same rules, but it’ll be the best of three battles.

• At any point after the first two rounds, if any two players battling each other agree to turn items and/or customisations on, that will be allowed.
• If the rules are not set properly by each of the participating players, the battle will not count. You’ll have to restart.
