Theatrhythm Final Fantasy announced for release outside Japan

America, Europe and yes even Australia is set to get the game this year.

Square Enix has announced that the most poorly spelled game they’ve ever created (maybe) will be coming outside of Japan. Theatrhythm Final Fantasy will be coming to Europe and America in the middle of the year. We got word that it’s coming to Australia but the Australian release so far is just set for 2012.

Theatrhythm (“theater rhythm”) Final Fantasy is a music rhythm game with RPG elements thrown in for good measure. It features more than 70 musical scores from over 25 years of Final Fantasy games. The game has its own story mode, so it’s not all just about highest scores, although you can do that too. The game is also one of the first games on the system to support paid DLC, if that’s your bag.
