The Pokemon Company revealed just how many Pokemon games have sold in 20 years 

The Pokemon Company isn’t one to brag, but when you’ve reached this huge number (of sales) and have been around a while (20 years) you can afford to talk yourself up a little.

As of February 29th 2016 there are now 201 million sales of mainline Pokemon games worldwide. If you include all of the spin off titles (and you would) that brings the total up to a massive 279 million.

We’re sure this number will grow even further this year with Pokken Tournament but more importantly Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon.
