The Legend of Zelda Symphony IS coming to Australia in 2013

Late last year year we reported that the Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses show was coming to Australia as part of the 25th Anniversary Celebrations, Nintendo Australia then quickly debunked that saying it was an error.
Now unless Ticketmaster are lying again the Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses show is coming to Australia in 2013 and you can buy from October 20th. Both shows are set to take place in Sydney at the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall on Friday February 1st and Saturday the 2nd. We wouldn’t joke, check out Ticketmaster’s website yourself.
We’re going to check with Nintendo Australia again to make sure that this time it’s for real.
Looks like we at Vooks have some planes to catch.

OMG I SO WANAN GO. But not sure when uni courses start 🙁
Wooo! Sydney Trip comin’ up!
Damn, I wish I could go but I’m already going to Sydney in November this year and March next year. And by the looks of things most of the tickets have already sold out to pre-sales. Come on Ninty, at least have the concert go to a few other cities. Adelaide for example… 😉
I’d be happy with Melbourne, Perth or any other city really.
I’m going to hopefully get down there for this. How far is the CBD from the Opera House? I’m thinking George Street for hotels.
It’s about a 20 minute walk, and much less if you catch a train/bus.
George Street runs down to Circular Quay. You should be able to walk there from the start of George Street (near Central station, where the bulk of the backpacker accommodation seems to be) in less than half an hour at a brisk pace, although I’ve never actually timed it.
Hopefully there are comps for this concert…
Jeez. I don’t know how Ticketmaster runs things, but I hope the faded seats are seats unavailable for pre-sale rather than already sold. Hardly seems fair otherwise.
