As Capcom continues to become more cost effective and streamline itself, it has decided to shut down one of its subsidiary companies, Flagship. Like Clover Studios before it, the workers will be retained in the same positions they held at Flagship but at different development studios. The only thing that will change is the company name on their business card. Flagship was responsible for a handful of Zelda titles on portable platforms including the Oracle series, Minish Cap and the Link to the Past port. They also developed two Kirby titles: Amazing Mirror and Squeak Squad. Source: Gamespot
