The first full Final Fantasy game designed for the Wii finally nears release; still no word on a PAL date

Over three years after it was first unveiled at E3 2006, Square Enixs Wii-exclusive Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers is finally set to release. Already dated in Japan for November 26, it has now been announced to be making its way to the US one month later on December 26.

It seems somewhat strange for Square Enix to do this, however, as theyre missing the whole Christmas market for the game. Perhaps theyre counting on people returning the shovelware they receive as gifts to notice the game and buy it? Unfortunately, we still dont have a release date for the Australian version, but hopefully well hear more about it soon.
