The Conduit is shaping up to be one of the Wiis selling points for “hardcore” gamers. But what if it heads to other consoles?

Well, according to High Voltages Dave Pellas, it wouldnt be impossible but it would be very difficult. "We built our Quantum3 technology and gameplay around the Wii hardware." Said Pellas. "Graphics aside, there are things that the Wii can do that the other consoles simply can’t. So I won’t say no to a port, but I will say that it would not be as simple as you may think."

As for the potential of The Conduit on DS, it is "something being discussed," but there are no plans for a DS version at this time. It seems we can look forward to more great Wii games from High Voltage as, according to Pellas, they are just getting started – and look forward to exploiting their new technology in their next round of original games.

Thankfully, right now, theyre just concentrating on getting The Conduit into the hands of eager gamers.
