Telltales Back to Future game misses out on Wii release
You read correctly, the episodic game will not be coming to WiiWare
In the past few days, we were keeping you up to date with behind-the-scenes videos from the game’s development as we, and the rest of the online Nintendo community, were expecting the game to be released for WiiWare. But a recent press release by Telltale left out the Wii as a platform for the game, and us, shocked.
Nintendo Life contacted TellTale’s community manager Alan Johnson on the issue and here’s what he had to say: "We don’t have any plans to release Back to the Future on the Wii platform at this time." The only plausible explanation for this is that Old Biff travelled back in the time and stole the WiiWare development kit from Telltale’s offices, causing the timeline to skew into a tangent, creating an alternate 2010. Alternate to you, me and Nintendo, but reality for everyone else.
