Tales of Vesperia Wii may be imminent
A voice actor for Tales of Vesperia has hinted at a Wii version of the tenth Tales title
Tales of Vesperia, the tenth instalment in the critically acclaimed ’Tales’ series, has been a hit on the PS3. In Japan, a PS3 version of the game has been released to great applaud. Which console is left? That’s right – the Wii.
One of the voice actors for Vesperia has posted on his blog that Tales of Vesperia’s next reincarnation will be on the Wii. If true, it is uncertain as of yet what this means. It could mean that a port of the entire Tales of Vesperia game could be coming to the Wii, or that a game rendition of the animated prequel to Tales of Vesperia, ’The First Strike’, is in the works.
Tales of Symphonia was very successful on the GameCube, and a spinoff title based on this is already available on the Wii, so another Tales game for the system would not be completely out of the blue.
