Switch eShop getting big discounts on top games this weekend
Black Friday is just around the corner, promising the best deals on all your favourite games, and it looks like Nintendo is getting in early.
Nintendo of Europe announced on Twitter today that, starting from Friday night, a tonne of big games will be going on sale on the eShop. The Cyber Deals — as they’ve been dubbed by Nintendo — will offer up to 70% off on top titles, including massive Nintendo blockbusters such as Super Mario Odyssey and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Also included in the sale are Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Rocket League, Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the NecroDancer featuring The Legend of Zelda, and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim — we imagine there’ll be many more, too.
Deals on the Australian eShop have yet to be confirmed, but we are likely to get the sale in some form or another, just be aware that the deals may vary from region to region. The Cyber Deals sale is set to start at 3:00 pm CET on Friday the 22nd, which just pushes over into Saturday for us in Australia, landing at 1:00 am AEDT. It’ll last for about a week, ending on the 1st of December — the Sunday sandwiched between Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
