Surprise! Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate is coming to the Switch
Completely out of the blue Nintendo of America has announced that Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate is coming to the Switch!
Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate was released as Monster Hunter XX in Japan in March last year. Fans have pleaded for Capcom to localise the game and with Nintendo announcing it, looks like someone picked up a phone and made it happen. You’ll also be able to transfer your save from the Nintendo 3DS version of Monster Hunter Generations on to the Switch version.
Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate will be out on August 28th.

Now updated with screens
Finally! The one game I wanted most for my Switch! WOOT!
OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!
With PS4 owning mates saying how they’re getting/have got Monster Hunter World…. I have been extremely jealous… UNTIL NOW!!!
I will be transferring, I will be portable, I will be Monster Hunting again!!!
Now I’m especially glad I didn’t buy Generations. I haven’t even started playing IV Ultimate yet. 😛
You really should start MH4U! It’s a fantastic game, and my favourite in the series (just edging out MHW)!
