Super Smash Bros. for 3DS has more trophies to collect than Brawl did

The Super Smash Bros. Movers Picture of the day has revealed an interesting fact and look about the game’s trophy gallery.

Not only do we get a look at how the gallery will look on the Nintendo 3DS screen but Sakurai has revealed that the game will have more trophies to collect in it than Brawl did.

For the record, Brawl had 544 trophies to collect, that’s a huge amount in one tiny cartridge.

There’s also a new way to acquire trophies, you can now simply buy them with coins. Some of them will even go on sale from time to time. You can purchase them with in app purchase, on no that’s right we’re not playing a mobile phone game.
