Nintendo have announced that Super Nintendo World will open at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka in 2020.

Super Nintendo World will be the Nintendo and Mario themed attractions inside the park. The area is set to open in 2020 before the Tokyo Olympics obviously in the same year. Nintendo are spending 50 billion Yen on it, that’s almost 580 million Australian dollars.

Along with the announcement was the below image which gives a artist impression of what it might look like and the logo.

Nintendo says Super Nintendo Land will feature state-of-the-art-rides and attractions, interactives areas, shops and even a two storey restaurant. It’s gonna be huge.

No word yet on whether the Hollywood and Orlando Universal Studios parks will have exactly the same theme or name.
