Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS came completely out of nowhere in the last Nintendo Direct, but it hasn’t been all a nice surprise.
The game is missing some features from the Wii U version including online sharing. These have been replaced with StreetPass sharing and Download Play – but it just won’t be the same.
Now today we’ve learned something else about the game, it won’t be in 3D. An American box art for the game has surfaced and states on the front ‘Plays only in 2D’.
Probably not the most egregious thing missing from the game, but just another one for the list.
