Super Mario Maker bundles galore for Aussies this September
Nintendo Australia has announced three different ways to pick up Super Mario Maker when its released in Australia and New Zealand on September 12.
There’s a hardware bundle with a Wii U Premium, the limited edition version of the game which includes the art book and the Classic Colours Mario amiibo. That will set you back $439.95, we’re sure to see stores battling it out for the cheapest price on that one we’re sure.
For the game itself you have two choices, you can pickup the game with the Classic Colour Mario amiibo for $89.95 or the Standard version of the game at $79.95 – both of these editions include the Hardcover Artbook – Good deal!
Lastly if you don’t buy any of the above or just get the standard game you can pick up the Classic Colours Mario amiibo on the same day, weirdly if you want the Modern Colours Mario amiibo you’ll have to wait until October 24th – more than a month later. They are both $17.95. All prices in this article are the RRP, we hope to see stores put it all on a little bit cheaper.
So then, what you picking up on September 12th?
and ordered my collectors edition with the amiibo.
It is nice to see a range of options for people to choose from
Absolutely love the box art. Sadly I buy everything digital, so going to cost me a bit more.
I reckon this will be worth the physical copy price…I still have Mario 25th anniversary Wii game with the booklet and CD 🙂
I’m also getting the amiibo bundle too, not too fussed about modern or classic, as long as it’s pixels hehe.
It’s also nice to see Nintendo releasing another Wii U premium bundle, might be one of the last I reckon in the wii U’s twiilight
$440… seriously? Nintendo have done an extremely poor job in pricing their console this generation. I’ve been waiting since launch for a decent price reduction.
