Finally a release date for the biggest Wii and 3DS games this year

Nintendo Australia has announced via it’s homepage the release for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword and Super Mario 3D Land. We say release date because they’re the same date of November 24th.

This puts the release date for Skyward Sword within a period of a week worldwide with the Europeans getting the game first on November 18th, America a couple of days later and Japan getting the game just one day before us. Super Mario 3D Land’s worldwide dates aren’t as snug with the Japanese getting the game on November 3rd and America and Europe getting the game on the 13th and 18th, it’s still a great release date. Nintendo has past the first test of more global release dates speech as well.

Skyward Sword in Australia is of course launching with the Limited Edition Bundle that includes a Golden Wii Remote and soundtrack, there is also a version without. We’re still waiting for a RRP for the bundle however.

Thanks to Fergster for the tip.
