Square Enix offers up Dragon Quest and new IP for Nintendo Switch

Square Enix is going all in on the Switch with a range of new titles and of course some ports.

We all know Dragon Quest X and XI are coming, but yesterday at the Nintendo Switch Presentation they also announced that Dragon Quest Heroes 1 and 2 would be coming to the system in a combined game. The compilation will be released on at launch, at least in Japan.

Next up is the RPG I Am Setsuna. This one is actually get a release in the west! Developed by Tokyo RPG Factory the game is already out in Japan on other systems but it’s new to the west in 2017.

Last but not least is Project Octopath Traveler. Its an entirely new game developed by the Bravely Default team. This ‘vest world of adventure’ is a combination of both 2D sprites and 3D backgrounds. Check it out in the trailer below;
