And of course, it has a crazy name that no one can pronounce

Square Enix have announced Final Fantasy Theatrhythm, a "Theatre Rhythm Action" game (hence the name) for the 3DS which will no doubt disappoint fans who have been waiting for an epic 3D Final Fantasy game to sink their teeth into on the 3DS. The game will feature various field, town and battle scenes from previous games in the Final Fantasy series, but are played in rhythm game style with music from past Final Fantasy games. Classic Final Fantasy characters, such as Cloud and Lightning, will also make appearances in the game, although with a more cute art style.

The game will look kind of like this, but you, with Final Fantasy characters.

The game has no release date as of yet. This is the first Final Fantasy game to be announced for the system.
