Konami has announced a release date for the latest in the multitude of sports packages for Nintendo consoles, the DS iteration of Deca Sports.
Titled Sports Island DS, this latest foray into the world of sports minigames will give players the opportunity to play through a total of ten sports, ranging from the intensity of a game of rugby to the finesse of clay pigeon shooting. There is also a multiplayer mode for up to six friends to compete against each other for glory.
Sports Island is scheduled for a May release, although the specific day is yet to be announced.
