Two new Spore games are heading to the Wii and DS. The Wii gets Spore Hero and the DS gets Spore Hero Arena.
Spore Hero is an action/adventure game. You’ll have to creature your creature from over 250 parts as you trek to save your planet from destruction. Multiplayer is also available to pit your created Spore creatures against each other. Spore Hero Arena, while also having a single player mode, also has a focus on Multiplayer. The game, which is set in the same world as the Wii game is different though, as the game pits your Spore creature against others in a gladiator style fights.Wi-Fi and local multiplayer is featured on the DS version.
“Spore Hero and Spore Hero Arena gives Spore and Nintendo fans a new, dynamic and engaging way to interact with their customised creature heroes,” said Lucy Bradshaw, VP and General Manager at Maxis. “Players’ heroes take centre stage as both games, distinctly tailor-made for its Nintendo platform, infuse creativity, combat and adventure to create a unique gameplay experience on the Wii and Nintendo DS.”
Both Spore Hero and Spore Hero Arena are out on the 8th of October for $79.99 and $49.99 respectively.
Definitively done with the Wii U now.
Because Gate Rune and Dunan Unification War is too long to fit in a title.
