Splatoon is getting a big old push from Nintendo with its efforts in getting the game out there spreading to other games and even other consoles.

Nintendo has announced that Super Smash Bros. will be receiving three Splatoon Mii fighter costumes later this year. The costumes will be given away to those who preorder the game at Gamestop in America, how we’ll get them hasn’t been revealed as of yet.

There will also be a special Splatoon ink themed New 3DS cover plate coming (#60) to all regions which have the smaller console. It’s availability in Australia hasn’t been confirmed just yet but we’ll let you know in the morning. Europe is getting it in July, we should be around then too.

Lastly Japan will be getting a special Splatoon home menu theme closer the games release as well, like a broken record we are but availability in Australia hasn’t been confirmed yet but we’re sure it will by morning.

Are you keen on any of these special Splatoon bonuses?
