Splatoon nabs two big awards, Super Mario Maker one at The Game Awards 2015

The Game Awards 2015 might not have brought us any new Nintendo announcements this year but Nintendo still walked away with some awards.
Splatoon was the most honoured taking away two awards including Best Multiplayer and Best Shooter. It beat out the likes of Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Rocket League, Destiny: The Taken King and even Star Wars Battlefront. Sweet!
Super Mario Maker didn’t win the overall game of the year like most were hoping but did take away Best Family Game.
