Gemdrops and SpicyTails have announced that Spice and Wolf VR, previously announced for other VR platforms, will be making its way to Switch sometime this Winter.

The Spice and Wolf series has been adapted into anime, a manga, two visual novel games for Nintendo DS, as well a radio series, so another adaptation is nothing too surprising.

When it is released, the games audio will only be in Japanese, with the some actors from the DS games, making a return to voice the characters once more, check out this trailer for the PC release.

The game is launching on other platforms this June, but the Switch release has not been confirmed.

In the game, players will take up the role of a peddler and experience a day deep in the forest, in a watermill, with “Holo” the wolf goddess, cute ears, tail and all!

In addition to the main mode, where you can enjoy anime within the VR space, there’s also an “Interactive Mode” where you’re able to pat Holo on the head, pet her tail, and just have fun examining & moving other objects around the room.

So, I have been gaming since controllers only had two buttons and because I wanted to, I started my own site. Now of course, you can find me writing for Vooks as well
