It still doesn’t seem right after all these years, but Sega has announced via Nintendo Australia that the two new Sonic Boom titles for Wii U and 3DS will arrive in Australia on November 29th 2014.
That release date is an odd one for once because its a week after Europe. Normally we get games a day after – it seems weird to have a delay like this in 2014. The game is out in Europe on November 21st. Americans can get the game on November 18th in time for Black Friday.
Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric for Wii U has been developed in Los Angeles by Big Red Button and the Nintendo 3DS version called Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal has been developed by developed by Sanzaru Games of San Francisco. Both games take place in the same all new Sonic-world but are different in gameplay and in the story they tell. The Sonic team you know and love are back as well as newcomer Sticks.
The game is the basis for an all new CG-animated television series that will start shortly as well.
Get in quick, they go fast.
