The game will feature 4 entirely different control methods; Wii remote, Wii remote + nun-chuck, classic controller and GameCube controller. Sakurai’s reason for this decision: When it comes to controllers, there are pretty much four different types. I guess I have no choice but implement them all! Sakurai also recommends the GameCube Controller as he likes the feel of it’s “”powerful rumble””, but urges people to try out the other controls as they give you a fresh experience.

More Inside

He finishes his update with a cryptic statement “”How do you do smashes and dashes with just the Wii Remote?”” Guess that awaits for another update!
