Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn is coming to Switch
Sabre Interactive have announced that Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn is coming to Nintendo Switch and while they teased an announcement for June 1st, this was not it, well not completely. Due to the less than ideal release that Switch players received of NBA Playgrounds, Sabre have announced that everyone who has purchased the game, or will purchase the game before the big patch hits, will score of a copy of Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn when it releases later this year.
Sabre CEO, Matthew Karch released a letter to Switch players via Facebook, which you can read here, but the most important statement is the following:
It’s with tremendous thanks and appreciation to our Nintendo fans who are still waiting online play that we offer you an entirely new game absolutely free. That’s right, we’re giving away a copy of Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn for Switch to every Nintendo NBA Playgrounds player who has been patiently awaiting the first patch.
While we have no release date for the game, nor do we have any other details really, we do have a shiny new trailer, which you can watch below. But what do you think, is this a nice way of saying sorry?
I kind of just wanted the game I paid for to work how it was supposed too. Accept this as an apology, but regretting not buying on PS4 at this stage.
