Square Enix have wasted no time in announcing that it’s bringing a Seiken Densetsu Collection to the Nintendo Switch this June.

The collection so far has only been confirmed for Japan which shouldn’t come as a shock for anyone. The collection includes Seiken Densetsu: Final Fantasy Gaiden, also known as Final Fantasy Adventure from the Game Boy.

The second game is Seiken Densetsu 2, better known in the west as Secret of Mana from the Super Famicom. Lastly also from the Super Famicom is  Seiken Densetsu 3 that was teased yesterday.

The second and third games support multiplayer just like their original releases, all games support save states and if you like you can just listen to the soundtrack for each game in the music section.

The collection is set for release in Japan on June 1st, we’ll let you know if there’s ever a western release. If you’re really keen least you can import it now.

Seems odd that these wouldn’t just be released on the Virtual Console instead, but plenty of people would love to pick this up in physical form. Hope they localise it.
