A Lawsuit by ex-Factor 5 employees has revealed that there was a Star Wars: Rogue Squadron game for Wii in the works. The Lawsuit in which the now ex0staff claim that Factor 5s founders have transferred assets – including Rogue Squadron for Wii off to another company fraudulently. This was allegedly down to avoid paying the employing with the lawsuit claims totals $900,000.
A lawyer representing case said "We allege in the suit that Factor 5 and its three founders fraudulently transferred assets, including source code and other intellectual property to Blue Harvest, which is now known as White Harvest," The work transferred was said to include every that had been done so far on a new Rouge Squadron.
The Star Wars: Rogue Squadron has not only been a Nintendo stalwart since the N64 but a graphical showcase for both the N64 and GameCube – pity we might not see the game now and that employees may not be paid.
