Youll just have to settle for one Resident Evil game this year

Capcoms ambitious plan to have two Resident Evil games out on the Nintendo 3DS this year has suffered a setback. The company has pushed back Resident Evil: Revelations until next year leaving Mercenaries 3D , the sole game in the series, out this year.

The news comes via the official Resident Evil page on Facebook and offers no other extra details other than the game will be fully shown off with more detail at this year E3 Expo in Los Angeles.

But you wont have too wait until 2012 to play at least some of the game. Mercenaries 3D will come packed in with a demo of Revelations.
