Rayman Legends shines on Wii U in the UK

Tops the other consoles, even with a tiny user base.

Good news for Ubisoft, Rayman Legends and the Wii U. Early sales figures for Rayman Legends are in for the UK and the results are great. The game has outsold Rayman Origins by around 20 percent in first week sales.

The Wii U version of the game is also doing the best out of all the versions accounting for 45% of all sales. The next sales split down was the Xbox 360 on 30%, the PlayStation 3 on 24% and the PC on a lowly 1%. These figures don’t account for digital sales.

Amazing to see the Wii U version of anything outsell the other consoles considering the size of their user bases. Not bad at all.
